Aromatherapy
What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy uses essential oils to promote healing on all levels, both of body and mind. It combines the physical and emotional benefits of massage with the therapeutic and immune-boosting properties of essential oils. The oils chosen and method of application are on a bespoke basis for each person to suit their particular needs.
What can it do?
Specific physical and emotional conditions can be treated as well as being an excellent way to de-stress, relax and restore energy in a busy world. It can help treat muscular, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, hormonal and skin conditions as well as emotional issues.
Aromatherapy seeks to restore harmony between the mind and body and thus promote healing.

Can I use the oils at home?
Yes, oils can be blended specifically for your use at home either in the bath, as a massage oil or in lotions and creams as appropriate.
